Ihor Melnyk

Ihor Melnyk (born 1985, Stryi, Ukraine) is an abstract artist and a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. He graduated from the Lviv National Academy of Arts (2010) and the Stryi Art School (2004).

Melnyk’s work is deeply intuitive, blending rhythm, silence, and explosion into abstract compositions that reinterpret personal memories and emotions. His art has been exhibited extensively in Ukraine and internationally, including solo and group exhibitions in Kyiv, Lviv, Warsaw, Berlin, and Madrid. His pieces are part of public and private collections in Ukraine, the US, Germany, France, and Japan.

Awarded the Petro Obal Prize for Painting (2020) and recognized for his contributions to contemporary Ukrainian art, Melnyk’s work invites viewers to see both themselves and something entirely new.

Certificate of Authenticity

Every artwork comes with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) — an official document confirming the piece is genuine.

The certificate is signed by the artist, their gallery, or the printmaker behind the work, and includes all the essential details: artist name, title, year, medium, dimensions, and where possible, an image of the piece itself.
